Barista – Brighton & Hove

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join the team at a well-established restaurant and café in the heart of Brighton & Hove.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy, vibrant venue with a strong local presence, working alongside a welcoming team and helping deliver an excellent experience for our customers.

We're particularly looking for someone who is confident preparing quality coffees, enjoys interacting with customers and takes genuine pride in their work.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and hot drinks
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station
• Working alongside and supporting the wider team
• Helping ensure busy services run smoothly
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards

What we're looking for:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Confidence using a professional espresso machine
• A friendly, approachable and professional attitude
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Weekend availability

What we offer:

• £12.71–£14 per hour, depending on experience
• 20–40 hours per week
• Full-time or part-time opportunities
