职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 咖啡师 / Barista

负责咖啡及简单饮品制作、出品、顾客服务和水吧日常运营。 / Prepare and serve coffee and simple beverages, support customer service and maintain daily beverage-counter operations.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 按配方制作咖啡及简单饮品 / Prepare coffee and simple beverages according to recipes
• 检查出品温度、口味、份量及外观 / Check temperature, taste, portion and presentation
• 完成点单、出品、交付及顾客沟通 / Handle orders, preparation, handover and customer communication
• 管理咖啡豆、牛奶、糖浆、杯具及水吧库存 / Manage coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups and beverage-counter stock
• 清洁咖啡机、磨豆机、工具和工作区域 / Clean coffee machines, grinders, tools and the work area

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少1年咖啡、水吧或饮品制作经验。 / At least 1 year of experience in coffee, beverage-counter or drink preparation.
• 学历 / Education: No Formal Qualification / 无学历要求
• 沟通能力 / Communication: 能够清楚理解顾客需求、饮品配方、工作指令及安全要求,并与团队完成日常沟通。 / Able to understand customer needs, beverage recipes, work instructions and safety requirements, and communicate clearly with the team.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能轮班,并在周末和公共假日工作;能长时间站立及安全操作咖啡设备。 / Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, stand for long periods and operate coffee equipment safely.
• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 咖啡制作、简单饮品、顾客服务、点单、库存、设备清洁、食品安全 / Coffee preparation, simple beverages, customer service, ordering, inventory, equipment cleaning, food safety
