Job Overview
We are seeking a part-time Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for coffee, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for making high quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Must be available Monday- Saturday, 6:30 am- 4:00pm. Please submit resume in person at 411 S. 68th Ave, Yakima, WA 98908.
