What they need
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and presentation of all beverages.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders and handle payments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
