Barista

Job Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, polite and presentable Female Barista to work with a Coffee Company specialised in organising events and parties.

The role involves preparing and serving beverages exclusively to female family members and female guests.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (specialty coffees, teas, fresh juices, and traditional drinks) exclusively for female family members and female guests.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the coffee station and pantry area.
• Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment properly.
• Welcome and attend to female family members and guests with a warm, polite, and jovial attitude.
• Manage beverage inventory, supplies, and stock levels.

• Schedule & Work Days: Flexible schedule based on family events and gatherings. Off-days will be arranged in advance according to event or family requirements.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 1 year experience as a Barista or in beverage service / hospitality.

2. Cultural Awareness & Etiquette:

• Strong respect for Qatari local culture, values, and household rules.
• Professional boundary awareness: Maintains proper protocol by speaking only when spoken to / with permission.

3. Personal Presentation:

• Excellent personal hygiene, well-groomed, neat appearance, smelling nice, and pleasant presentation at all times.
• Personality: Warm, jovial, respectful, and discreet.

4. Must be currently inside Qatar.

5. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
