What they need
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of barista experience (Required).
- Proven specialty coffee experience; conventional/commercial coffee experience alone is not sufficient.
- Experience with cashier operations and POS systems (Required).
- Skilled in espresso calibration, dialing in, and grinder adjustment.
- Proficient in milk steaming and consistent latte art.
- Knowledge of specialty coffee workflows and quality control to ensure drink consistency.
- Basic filter coffee preparation skills, particularly V60.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
