Barista

Rowster Coffee, located in the quaint and eclectic neighborhood of Eastown, is seeking a barista who enjoys working in the coffee environment, creating a friendly space, and serving the local community. Come join our fun and upbeat team on Wealthy Street!

Responsibilities

• Uphold a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere
• Answer customer questions regarding menu and brewing techniques
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean

Skills

• Previous work experience as a Barista or relevant training a plus
• Previous experience is a must
• Hands-on experience with various brewing equipment
• Interest in learning more about the coffee process
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Creativity in contributing to a unique environment and designing new drinks
• Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.73 per hour

Experience:

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista : 1 year (Required)
