Key responsibilities
- Prepare all coffee and non-coffee menu items according to SOP
- Perform daily espresso calibration and maintain milk steaming standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar
- Serve customers in a friendly manner
About you
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista
- Able to perform latte art (basic heart, tulip, rosetta)
- Understanding of espresso calibration and milk steaming
- Honest and quick to act
- Able to work as part of a team
- Based in Surabaya
