Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas, and other beverages in line with company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience.
• Operate the till and process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the coffee dock and customer areas.
• Prepare, merchandise, and display food and beverage products to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to management.
• Adhere to all HACCP, food safety, health, and safety procedures.
• Assist with food preparation and service when required.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support a positive and productive team environment.

About You

• Previous barista, café, or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Passionate about coffee, food, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn.
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
