Due to continued growth and expansion across our restaurant and events business, we are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join the Rise + Grind family.

Set within 20 acres of beautiful Worcestershire countryside at Fields Farm, Rise + Grind is a thriving breakfast, brunch and lunch destination known for great food, exceptional coffee and warm, genuine hospitality. As we continue to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business with ambitious plans for the future.

About The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From welcoming customers and taking orders to serving food and drinks, you'll help deliver the relaxed, high-quality hospitality that Rise + Grind has become known for.

You'll work closely with both the kitchen and front of house teams in our open-plan restaurant, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, café, restaurant or customer service roles preferred
• Positive, energetic and engaging personality
• A genuine passion for food, coffee and hospitality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive "can-do" attitude
• Someone who enjoys going the extra mile for guests
• Flexibility to work weekends and a variety of shifts
