Barista

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee and tea, as well as light snacks to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to our recipes.

3. Serve beverages and food items to customers.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

5. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.

6. Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

7. Uphold hygiene and food safety standards.

8. Assist in stocking inventory and supplies as needed.

9. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

2. Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques is a plus.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong attention to detail.

6. Ability to work well in a team.

7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

8. High school diploma or equivalent.
