Barista

The Rolling Donut Kildare Village

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista/Catering Assistant to join our team! If you love great coffee, delicious donuts, and making people’s day a little sweeter, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
• Assist customers with donut selection and maintain a fresh, appealing display
• Provide warm, attentive customer service
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the kiosk area clean, organised, and inviting
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and passion for customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous barista or food service experience is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Reliability and willingness to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.15 per hour
