We care about doing things the right way: consistent drinks, clean stations, and a team culture that’s warm, grounded, and dependable.We’re hiring 5 experienced part-time baristas to support both of our locations (Fillmore + Barnes). If you love a busy morning rush and take pride in speed and quality, you’ll fit in well here.

What You’ll Do

• Make consistently great espresso drinks in a high-volume drive-thru environment (speed matters, but accuracy and quality still come first)
• Steam milk, build drinks, and keep ticket flow moving during peak hours
• Deliver genuine hospitality at the window, friendly greeting, clear communication, and a smooth handoff
• Stay ahead of the rush with prep, restocking, and station organization (ice, milks, syrups, cups/lids, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards throughout the shift
• Work closely with teammates to rotate positions, communicate needs, and keep the line moving

What We’re Looking For

• Barista experience required (espresso machine + milk steaming experience is a must)
• Drive-thru experience strongly preferred (or a proven high-volume café background you can translate to drive-thru pace)
• You’re fast and calm under pressure, able to prioritize, stay organized, and recover quickly when it gets busy
• You care about consistency: drink standards, order accuracy, and a clean/stocked bar
• Strong customer service instincts, warm, respectful, and people-first
• Reliable and punctual with solid communication (we’re building a team we can count on)

Schedule & AvailabilityThis is a part-time role with shifts available at both locations. Early mornings and weekends are especially helpful.

• Fillmore hours: 5:00am – 6:00pm
• Barnes hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm
