About the Role

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing quality coffee beverages, providing excellent guest service, and helping create the welcoming atmosphere NU Kitchen is known for.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages with care and consistency
• Provide friendly and professional guest service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station
• Follow recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures
• Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Help create a positive experience for every guest

What We're Looking For

• Barista or café experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
• Knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee brewing is a plus
• Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability is required
• A genuine interest in coffee and hospitality
