Duties

• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling best practices
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards

Experience

• Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with beverage preparation and customer interaction
• Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus for smooth transaction processing
• Strong retail math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience in food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse guests
• Basic math proficiency for managing cash register operations and daily balancing
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $24.05 - $28.97 per hour
