Barista

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Baristas to join our team!

We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, teas, and other specialty beverages according to café standards.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system.
• Prepare and serve café desserts and other menu items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and customer areas.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, including sanitizing surfaces, wiping down counters, and taking out trash.
• Restock ingredients, cups, supplies, and other inventory throughout shifts.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Work efficiently with team members during busy hours.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other café-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Willingness to learn and follow café recipes and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
