Position Overview

We’re looking for a full-time & part-time Baristas who are passionate about great drinks, good vibes, and connecting with people. You’ll craft delicious matcha creations, bring positive energy to every shift, and help keep the café running smoothly. Experience is always a plus, but what matters most is enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine love for making people’s day. We’ll provide all the training you need to shine behind the bar!

Responsibilities

• Whisk up matcha lattes, teas, and specialty drinks with care and creativity
• Deliver friendly, upbeat service that makes every guest feel welcome
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keep the café clean, organized, and photo-ready
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Be a team player who jumps in wherever help is needed
• Learn and love all things matcha

Qualifications

• Café or barista experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A positive attitude and genuine love for great customer experiences
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability for mornings, weekends, and flexible hours
