Barista

The Court Avenue is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and beverages, enjoys interacting with customers, and can help deliver a clean, welcoming, and high-quality café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, fruit juices, shakes, yogurt-based drinks, and other café menu items
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area
• Ensure proper food and beverage presentation
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions when assigned
• Monitor stock levels and report low supplies
• Follow company recipes, hygiene standards, and operational procedures
• Support the team in delivering fast and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• With experience as a barista, café staff, or food service crew is an advantage
• Willing to be trained
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Neat, presentable, and professional in appearance
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and drink assembly
• Cash handling and POS familiarity is a plus
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
