Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers according to recipes and standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
• Customize beverages based on customer preferences and dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Restock supplies and keep track of inventory levels

Qualifications:

• Previous experience (at least 3-4yrs) as a Barista in a reputed brand is essential.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
