Gambaran Pekerjaan
Sebagai Barista, Anda bertanggung jawab meracik kopi dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada customer. Anda juga bertanggung jawab dengan kerapihan dan kebersihan area kerja sehingga kualitas minuman dan penyajian tetap terjaga. Selain meracik minuman, seorang Barista juga harus menyapa pelanggan dan memberikan rekomendasi minuman yang akan sesuai dengan selera pelanggan.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal SMK/SMA sederajat.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai barista.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di store dengan sistem kerja shifting.
- Bersedia bekerja di hari libur nasional dan akhir pekan (Sabtu Minggu).
