Barista (Full-time)

About the role

Join the team behind Malaysia's most unique cafe experience at Cộng Càphê. You will be the face of our café, delivering an authentic Vietnamese coffee experience by brewing coffee using traditional phin (drip) methods, thriving in fast-paced environments, and committed to delivering friendly, efficient, and high-quality service at our flagship outlets in NU Sentral, 1 Utama, and Starhill.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and brew traditional Vietnamese phin coffee using phin (drip) brewing methods according to Cong Caphe standards
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages consistently and accurately
• Welcome customers and provide friendly service
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and café hygiene standards
• Ensure order accuracy and timely service, especially during peak hours
• Support daily café operations, including stock checking, preparation, and restocking
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
• Work closely with team members to create a welcoming and efficient café environment

About you

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Malaysians only
• F&B experience is a bonus but not required
• Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about coffee and customer service
