Barista (including retail)

Marimba, a family run chocolate business, has a weekend Barista and retail assistant position available, working a mix of Saturdays and Sundays.

You'll be assisting our Cocoa House manager and shift leads in the smooth operation and day to day running of the store and guiding customers through extensive chocolate ranges and crafting beautiful chocolate drinks and coffee as part of a Barista service.

You'll be confident, computer literate and have a keen eye for detail. You'll have strong communication skills, be able to resolve issues with customers quickly and confidently and have excellent customer service skills.

The job will include a mix of Saturday and Sunday shifts. This is on a rota pattern working either a Saturday or Sunday per week, with additional days potentially available as holiday cover.

Duties to include (but are not limited to):

*Serving using our ePOS

*Visual merchandising of our retail section

*Stock rotation

*Barista service

*Clearing and cleaning tables

*End of shift clean downs

*Open/Closing the Cocoa House

Experience in a Barista setting preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
