Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality matcha drinks and other beverages with precision and care
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly service at the counter
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks and food handling duties as needed
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential!
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar transaction tools
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift light loads, and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
