Barista - MC Opus Mall

Job Summary:

Manila Creamery is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Baristas. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and gelato while delivering excellent customer service in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming in-store experience
• Prepare and serve beverages, gelato, and other menu items according to standard recipes
• Create basic latte art/designs for coffee beverages
• Recommend products, upsell add-ons, and promote seasonal offerings
• Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Assist in daily operations, including restocking and basic preparation tasks

Qualifications:

• PREFERABLY SHS graduate or equivalent
• Barista experience is REQUIRED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
• Able to create basic latte designs (latte art)
• Willing to be trained
• Must be willing to work at OPUS MALL
• Can start ASAP
