Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options with precision and care, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, including handling payments and giving correct change.
• Restock supplies as needed to keep the station well-equipped during shifts.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light menu items when required.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices to ensure hygiene and safety at all times.
• Previous barista experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with beverage preparation techniques.
• Strong serving skills with the ability to connect positively with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, measuring ingredients, and managing inventory.
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to work well within a team, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
