Duties

• Support and participate in daily café operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality product delivery
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, food items, and snacks with attention to detail and consistency
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions using Clover POS, and perform cashiering duties accurately
• Oversee food/drink safety practices, food/drink preparation, and proper food/drink handling procedures to meet health standards
• Assist in training new staff on food service protocols, POS systems, and customer engagement techniques
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the café environment

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of café operations
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover, Square or Toast POS for efficient sales processing
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales tracking
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures
• Leadership qualities to guide team members, manage shift responsibilities, and foster a collaborative environment

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
