We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, knowledgeable about our unique product offerings, and enthusiastic about promoting a healthy and authentic Italian culinary experience. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will engage with diverse customers including office professionals, expatriates, tourists, and dessert enthusiasts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and signature drinks;

• Assist customers in selecting from our menu of artisanal gelato, pastries, and grab-and-go lunch options;

• Educate customers about our hero products, including Cornetti and cakes in metal tins, emphasizing their quality, convenience, and sustainability;

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere;

• Restock display cases, refrigerators, and product supplies as needed;

• Uphold high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service at all times;

• Promote our health-conscious approach and unique product features to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred;
• Passion for Italian cuisine, desserts, and artisanal products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of health-conscious food and beverage practices is a plus;
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
