What they need
- Graduate of Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management, or related degree
- Preferably with Barista Certification
- Experience conducting multi-store Barista training.
- Knowledge of café POS and inventory systems.
- Experience creating training manuals, SOPs, and performance assessments.
- Basic computer skills for preparing reports, presentations, and training materials.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Resident of Lipa City or Tiaong, Quezon, or San Pablo City, Laguna
