We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Full-Time or Part-Time Bubble Tea Barista to join our team across our Welwyn Garden City and St Albans stores.

Pay & Performance Commission

We believe in sharing success with our team. In addition to a reliable base hourly rate, we offer a daily sales commission incentive:

• Earn a 5% – 15% commission on daily store sales that exceed the preset daily target.
• The busier the store and the higher the sales, the more you take home each shift!

Key Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Accurately handcraft a variety of bubble teas, fresh fruit teas, and specialty drinks according to HiTea standard recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders via the till/POS, recommend drinks, and provide excellent service.
• Daily Prep: Brew fresh teas, cook tapioca pearls, prepare fruit toppings, and ensure prep stations are well-stocked.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain clean, sanitary workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food hygiene standards.
• Delivery Orders: Pack and dispatch takeaway and delivery orders (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) accurately.

Who We Are Looking For

• Location Flexibility (Highly Preferred): Able and willing to pick up shifts across both our Welwyn Garden City and St Albans stores.
• Experience: Previous cafe, bubble tea, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
• Attitude: Punctual, reliable, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Good spoken English and strong team collaboration.
• Work Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
