Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring smooth cashiering processes.
• Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including coffee machines, counters, and dining spaces.
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing serving duties and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
