Barista/All Rounder

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make Drinks: Brew coffee, tea, and espresso drinks with high quality.
• Serve Guests: Welcome customers, take orders, and answer menu questions.
• Handle Sales: Operate the billing system and take cash or card payments.
• Keep Clean: Wash cups, clean espresso machines, and sanitize work areas.
• Manage Stock: Check inventory, restock items, and track expired goods.
• Prepare Food: Heat or serve light snacks like pastries and sandwiches.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: 0 to 2 years working in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service.
• Coffee Knowledge: Know how to use espresso machines, grinders, and brew methods.
• Communication: Speak clearly and be polite with customers and staff.
• Pace: Work fast and stay calm during busy hours.
• Schedule: Be ready to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
