Barista – Part Time

Watlington, Oxfordshire

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Barista to join our coffee shop team in Watlington, Oxfordshire.

We’re open 7 days a week and are looking for someone to work 2–3 days per week, including weekend availability.

The role

You’ll be part of a friendly team, serving great coffee and food to our customers. You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving quality coffees and other drinks
• Serving cakes and toasted sandwiches
• Providing warm, friendly customer service
• Keeping the coffee shop clean, tidy and well presented
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Working confidently and happily on your own when required

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and good with people
• Reliable and punctual
• Enthusiastic and hardworking
• Confident working independently
• Comfortable working in a busy coffee shop environment
• Available to work weekends
• Committed to good food hygiene and food safety

Barista experience would be an advantage, but a great attitude and excellent customer service are just as important.
