Barista/All Rounder

iPadel Melbourne is looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team.

This is a relaxed hospitality role within our padel club. The main duties are simple café service and helping look after our members and guests.

Main duties include:

• Making coffees and basic café drinks
• Preparing simple sandwiches and light food
• Heating and selling pizza slices
• Serving customers at the counter
• Processing payments
• Keeping the café and food preparation area clean and organised
• Restocking drinks and food when required
• Providing friendly customer service to club members and visitors

This is not a heavy kitchen or chef role. Food preparation is simple, and the position is mainly focused on coffee, light food preparation and customer service.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has basic barista or café experience
• Is friendly, positive and confident with customers
• Is clean, organised and reliable
• Can work independently when required
• Is happy to help with general hospitality duties
• Has good communication skills

Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.

Location: iPadel Melbourne – Reservoir

Casual / part-time hours available, with the possibility of additional hours as the business grows.
