Barista - All-rounder for Luxury 5* Award winning Hairdressing Salon

We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various operational tasks within our busy Deli-café environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a welcoming experience and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure food safety standards are maintained.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, beverages and other drinks in accordance with company standards.
• Assist customers with orders, answer queries, and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or other light snacks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Deli- café area, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces.
• Manage cash register operations, including handling payments accurately
• Always ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving or other operational duties.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable.
• Experience in hospitality - hotels or private members club is advantageous.
• Good time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Pay: From £14.00 per hour
