Barista/All Rounder

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tearista to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for tea and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including bubble tea and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate tea-espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to brew and prepare beverages
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.90-$21.29 per hour
