What they need
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, shakers, POS systems, and other beverage equipment.
- Prepare garnishes, ingredients, syrups, and other beverage components.
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of all drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, coffee station, equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Monitor inventory and restock beverages, coffee beans, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
- Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and be able to answer customer questions and make beverage recommendations.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and preparation of the beverage station.
- Report damaged equipment, low inventory, or other operational concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
