Barista/Bartender

Rococo Hawthorn is looking for an experienced Barista / Bartender to join our friendly and professional team. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast paced environment and take pride in producing exceptional coffee and cocktails with speed and consistency, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Crafting classic and signature cocktails with speed and consistency
• Producing high quality coffee with confident latte art
• Delivering warm, genuine customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked bar
• Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
• Assist with running food & drinks to tables

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista/Bartender in a busy hospitality venue
• Strong cocktail knowledge and the ability to work efficiently during peak service
• Excellent coffee making skills, including consistent latte art
• A positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills
• Current RSA Certificate
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour
