Barista/Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/Bartender to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages as needed, ensuring responsible service at all times.
• Take customer orders accurately using Toast POS systems to process card transactions efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the barista/bartender station, including food handling areas, beverage stations, and seating areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Restock supplies regularly, including coffee beans, syrups, garnishes, and barware to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety guidelines during food preparation and beverage service while managing multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or bartender with knowledge of beverage preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales records.
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and proper drink serving techniques.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly.
