What You'll Be Doing

As a Barista/Cashier at Beanie's, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• POS & Cash Handling: Operate point-of-sale systems, process payments, and manage cash drawer balancing with precision.
• Beverage Preparation: Craft coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to brand standards, ensuring every cup meets our quality and consistency expectations.
• Food Handling & Safety: Maintain clean workstations, follow hygiene protocols, and comply with health regulations.
• Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages to management.
• Upselling & Promotions: Recommend menu items, highlight specials, and encourage add-on sales to enhance the customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Time Management: Handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Brand Representation: Uphold Beanie’s values, appearance standards, and customer experience goals.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A commitment to commuting or live near by

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (barista, cashier, or customer-facing position).

• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• A passion for coffee, teamwork, and creating a positive atmosphere.
