BARISTA CUM CAFÉ MANAGER

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai
Salary: AED 2,200–2,800 per month

We are looking for an experienced Barista Cum Café Manager to take full day-to-day charge of a small café in Al Quoz.

This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate must be willing and able to prepare beverages, serve customers, maintain cleanliness and manage the café—not only supervise others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the café during duty hours
• Prepare coffee and other beverages consistently
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Handle orders, billing, cash and POS transactions
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Maintain daily sales, cash, stock and operational records
• Complete required reports and data entries accurately
• Monitor stock levels and report purchasing requirements
• Maintain café cleanliness, hygiene and proper organization
• Ensure staff duties are completed correctly
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic complaints
• Monitor product quality, order accuracy and service standards
• Support food service, takeaway and delivery orders when required
• Report daily operational issues and performance to the owners
• Take ownership of the café and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous UAE café or restaurant experience is required
• Barista experience and good coffee-making skills
• Experience managing or supervising a small café
• Able to handle cash, POS, stock records and daily reporting
• Good spoken English and customer-service skills
• Reliable, responsible, organized and honest
• Strong cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Able to work independently and take full responsibility
• Willing to perform service, cleaning and operational duties personally
• Basic computer or mobile reporting skills
