Duties

• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and food safety standards
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process payments using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Handle retail sales transactions efficiently, ensuring cash handling accuracy and processing cash or card payments swiftly
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed
• Serve beverages and food items promptly while providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours

Pay: $22.49 - $27.09 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
