What they need
- Making Drinks: Brew coffee, pull espresso shots, steam milk, and make specialty beverages following exact recipes.
- Serving Customers: Greet guests warmly, take orders, explain the menu, and handle complaints with care.
- perating Equipment: Use and clean espresso machines, grinders, and point-of-sale (POS) cash registers.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Wipe down counters, wash dishes, and keep the seating and work areas tidy.
- Managing Stock: Restock coffee beans, milk, cups, and food items like pastries throughout the shift
Key Skills and Requirements
- Customer Service: Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of coffee brewing, grind settings, and basic machine care (often taught on the job).
- Multitasking: Ability to work fast and stay calm during busy rush hours.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours
Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
