Barista/Cashier

Position Objective

To consistently deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment that reflects Harbest Specialty Coffee’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare coffee and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.

Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the work area and customer-facing spaces.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the Lead Barista or management team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in specialty coffee or a similar hospitality role.

Passion for coffee and customer service.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
