Duties

• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and dining spaces
• Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure quality standards are met for all menu items
• Manage retail sales transactions smoothly while adhering to food safety guidelines and food handling procedures
