Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with quality and consistency.
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including coffee machines, counters, and seating spaces.
• Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure all products are prepared and served safely.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light menu items when needed.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Engage with customers positively to enhance their experience and address any questions or concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista or in serving roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold hygiene standards at all times.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and giving correct change.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters positive interactions.
• A proactive approach to food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean environment.
