Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and baked goods
• Ensure all food safety standards are maintained to guarantee a clean and hygienic environment
• Serve customers efficiently while delivering friendly, attentive service that enhances their experience
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling transactions and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment throughout your shift
• Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista
• Knowledge of food safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards at all times
• Strong serving skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately
• Excellent time management to juggle multiple responsibilities during busy periods
• Reliable team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills

Pay: £12.85-£13.00 per hour
