Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Lead and motivate team members by providing training on serving techniques, food preparation, and customer engagement.
• Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining high standards of service and product quality.
• Ensure all food preparation meets health regulations and company standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a positive experience.

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and sanitation.
• Excellent serving skills combined with friendly communication to connect with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills for cash register operation, inventory tracking, and order calculations.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours without compromising quality.
