This role combines hands-on leadership with disciplined operational oversight, spending approximately 75% to 85% of time on the floor and 15% to 25% on administrative responsibilities. This ratio would shift as we open more stores and eventually become a full time manager. Shift Managers are accountable for maintaining Foxtail’s standards of quality, hospitality, and community connection while driving strong financial and operational performance. This role would eventually grow into a Multi-Store Manager as we build out our cluster.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning issues into positive outcomes. Create a welcoming, community environment where guests feel connected to the brand. Partner with Regional Manager on online review responses 4. Maintenance, Safety & Compliance

Ensure the store is clean, safe, and fully compliant with health and sanitation standards. Monitor equipment functionality and escalate maintenance needs promptly. Maintain adherence to safety protocols and Foxtail brand standards.

  1. Local Execution & Community Engagement

Implement seasonal promotions, marketing activations, and brand initiatives. Support local community relationships and represent Foxtail as a positive presence. Oversee events and new store openings as needed. 6. Decision-Making & Authority
