Seeking passionate Barista who has Qualification :

• High school, diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a similar role as Barista and Server min.3 years .

• Has capability in Mixology to promote beverage products.

• Understand any Coffee machine, calibration grinder and expert in Coffee making.

• Has experience to use Soft serve machine, Gelato scooping, Soft serve swirls Would be a Great point.

• Has knowledge and passion for coffee, tea, smoothies, frappes, dessert beverages, ice cream.

• Excellent customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitask, and pay close attention to detail

• Flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibility :

·       Perform daily operations OYF Outlet which Gelato, Coffee, drinks, sweets and foods, ensuring all products are serve in high standards of quality and service.

·       Ensure that all products are made according to the recipe standards, methods, and quantities required.

·       Ensure that the work area is always kept tidy and clean at all times according to company standards.

·       Ensure that work equipment is always clean, hygienic, and safe to use.

·       Ensure that machines, tools, and work equipment are in good condition and ready to use.

·       Strong customer service and communication skills

·       Managing inventory stock production and conduct to minimize waste.

·       Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

·       Creating a delightful customer experience through consistency, speed, and a positive attitude.

·       Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

·       Proactive to do Innovation new product development and suggest improvement of existing product.

·       Communicate and coordinate with store manager, problems found and report incidents/conditions related to inventory, production, and personnel.

·       Create daily production & hygiene reports to store manager.

·       Must be able to manage operations under pressure, especially during busy hours.

·       Monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing improvements based on feedback.

·       Build an in -depth knowledge and understanding of our customer’s needs, supporting the development and delivery of winning solutions for menu growth and development.
