Barista/Server

The Kafe House is a welcoming restaurant known for exceptional coffee, handcrafted beverages, and outstanding guest service. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and passionate Coffee Bartenders/Baristas to join our team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other café offerings.

• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders and process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Keep the coffee station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking coffee beans, syrups, milk, and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications

Previous barista, coffee bartender, or customer service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation techniques is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
